The urban dimension of EU policies - key features of an EU Urban Agenda

This consultation is now closed. The last day of the consultation period was 26 September 2014.

The purpose of this consultation is to widen debate about an EU urban agenda to all stakeholders and to reach relevant stakeholders and to gather their ideas and further clarifying the need for an EU urban agenda, what its objectives should be and how it could function.

A growing number of voices argue that cities need to be adequately involved in the conception and implementation of EU policies, and that EU policies need to be better adapted to the urban realities where they will be implemented.

All citizens and organisations are welcome to contribute to this consultation. Contributions are particularly sought from stakeholders responsible and/or concerned by urban development at EU.
