ESF is Europe’s main funding programme for supporting jobs and helping those furthest from the labour market progress into work.  The Programme includes the Youth Employment Initiative which aims to help young people aged between 15-24 years find work in regions experiencing youth employment rates above 25%.

ESF is worth  total of 6.4 EUR billion and will provide support to more than 2.3 million from  disadvantaged groups in England to help them gain skills and find jobs.
