ITT- Building links with LEPs
NCVO is seeking a high-quality provider to provide expert advice on engagement with the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) that have been identified by Government as the key strategic bodies in the next European Growth Programme.
NCVO therefore seeks to establish a good level of engagement of civil society sector with the 39 LEPs and the main purpose of this tender is the opportunity for the sector to deliver projects across all objectives of the European Structural and Investment Funds in particular social inclusion.

- producing effective engagement material
- collaborating on events and workshops as well as conducting one to one surgeries with LEPs
- promoting and supporting the principles on the Compact, and the role of local Compact groups and agreements
The service provider can be a civil society organisation (charity or social enterprise that is legally formed).
Bids submitted by consortia, limited liability partnerships or informal partnerships will also be considered.
