BBO - Community projects across England support people into work training and education
More than 60 projects in 18 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas are now open for application, worth more than £132.6 million investment.
What are the funding opportunities for?
The projects are designed to tackle poverty and promote social inclusion, especially helping the most disadvantaged to overcome a huge range of challenges in their lives and in their communities.
- providing help for those with multiple and complex needs,
- improving employability for the most disadvantaged and
- improving their financial literacy.

The calls are available in the following LEP areas
- Buckinghamshire Thames Valley
- Cornwall and Isles of Scilly
- Heart of South West
- Leeds City Region
- Liverpool City Region
- New Anglia
- North East
- South East
- Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire
- The Marches
- York, North Yorkshire and East Riding
Is your organisation eligible?
Any organisation is eligible to apply, however most of the projects will be better suited to partnership working. There is a summary of the partnership requirements on the Big Lottery website.
There are no match funding requirements.
