Add event to calendar

Voluntary Action Leeds is holding one event for the sector in Bradford and Leeds, and this one for Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield together, as those are the combined district geographies that will be used for many of the ESF calls including one of the BBO ones. The events will allow plenty of time for networking over lunch and at the end of the session

These events will give a basic understanding of what is involved in delivering ESF programmes; they are primarily intended for those who have no or limited previous experience of this, and will cover issues related to participant eligibility, compliance (including publicity), performance monitoring and audit. They will highlight the specific requirements of the Big Lottery Fund Opt-In (Building Better Opportunities), and where those might differ from other ESF calls.

VAL are not planning to hold one for the 4 overlapping districts (Craven, Harrogate, Selby, York) as these events are based on those delivered by Your Consortium in each of those areas.

Lunch will be provided.
